New Students 2025-2026

Complete the admission form and turn it into the school either in person, by email or fax.

Newly Accepted students:

To complete Summerville Catholic School's online enrollment process, please create an account in our ParentsWeb Portal by following the instructions below.

Instructions for Creating a parents FACTS Login:

Go to FACTS Parent Portal link.
Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
Click the Create Account button
You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
Close the window.
Log into FACTS as instructed above.

To access online enrollment in FACTS:

Please go to FACTS Parent Portal.
Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided on the portal page.
After logging in, click on the Family Information button on the left menu.
Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

Returning students for 2025-2026

Online enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is currently open. As a reminder, registration must be completed online to secure your child’s spot. Please be aware that registration is on a first come, first served basis. To complete the online enrollment process, please refer to the steps below.

To access online enrollment in ParentsWeb:

Please go to FACTS Parent Portal.
Type in your username and your password. These are the same username and passwords that you currently have set up in FACTS for the 2024-2025 school year. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
After logging in, click on the Family Information button on the left menu.
Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
Complete the enrollment packet for your child(ren). Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
Registration is not complete until you submit your packet and payment via FACTS.

Registration fees

Register by 2/28/25 - $200 per student/$400 per family
Register by 5/31/25 - $250 per student/$500 per family
Register AFTER 5/31/25 - $300 per student/$600 per family
