If you need to request FMLA, follow the steps outlined below:
1). Submit a PTO request indicating FMLA as the request type. This will allow Cierra to prepare a FMLA form for you.
2). Have your healthcare provider complete the FMLA paperwork prior to the deadline.
3). Submit your fully endorsed FMLA request to Cierra via the HR File Submission Form.

Payroll
Summerville Catholic School uses ADP as its payroll processing platform and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

First time registering with ADP? Click “New user? Get started”. Then select “I have a registration code”. Enter “rcdoc-DOC1820”
Can't access your existing ADP account? Click “Forgot user ID?" Then click “Forgot password”
ADP Employee Self-Service

The following tasks must be completed in ADP as an employee self-service action:
My Information > Profile: Updating your mailing address or emergency contacts
Personal Information > Dependents & Beneficiaries: Updating dependents or beneficiaries information
Myself > Pay > Tax Withholdings: Tax Withholding changes (W-4)
Myself > Pay > Payment Options: Direct Deposit changes (notify Cierra via Slack so she can approve the change)
Myself > Pay > Pay & Tax Statements: Pay Stubs and W-2s
Benefits > Enrollments: Open enrollment and life events (notify Cierra via Slack so she can monitor your life event requests)
Payroll Processing
Payroll is processed bi-weekly, meaning employees are paid every other Friday, resulting in 26 payrolls per year. Payroll is processed the Monday before the pay date. Please keep this in mind when making direct deposit or tax withholding changes. Once the payroll has been processed, changes cannot be made.
Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Timecards
Only hourly employees should use the timecard feature in ADP. Timecards must be approved by both the employee and their immediate supervisor for the employee to be paid. Timecards are due on the last day of the pay period. All timecard employees will receive a courtesy reminder email the day before timecards are due.
NOTE: It is the employee's responsibility to enter their PTO and paid holiday hours on their timecard.
Paid Time Off
ADP does have a time off module. Due to its limitations, we will not be using it. Please, do not submit any PTO requests in ADP. The only way to submit a PTO request is through our electronic PTO Request Form. Our electronic PTO request form allows you to submit an initial PTO request, cancel a previously submitted PTO request, and update a previously submitted PTO request.
You will be notified via email regarding the status of your PTO request.
Employee Benefits
You must enroll in benefits within your first 30 days of employment.
Who is eligible for benefits? Regular Full-Time employees (regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hrs per week)
All benefits (except 403b) are effective the 1st day of the month following 60 days.

New Hire Notification- Use this form to notify HR that you have hired a new employee. After you complete this form, HR will reach out to your new hire directly to begin onboarding.
Employee Separation Notification- Use this form to notify HR of an employee's resignation. After you complete this form, HR will reach out to the employee and begin offboarding.
