Mrs. Joy McElhinny, First Grade Teacher
Mrs. McElhinny, also known as Miss Mac, joined the Summerville Catholic School community in the 2025–2026 school year as part of the first grade team. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and brings over 15 years of teaching experience to her classroom. Miss Mac creates fun and engaging lessons that meet students where they are, with a strong emphasis on building foundational skills in reading and math. She is dedicated to helping her students grow in confidence and develop a love of learning.

Miss Belle Rizzi, First Grade Teacher
Miss Rizzi joined the Summerville Catholic School community in the 2025–2026 school year as part of the first grade team. While this is her first year teaching, she has brought a strong, caring, and energetic presence to her classroom. Ms. Danielle Connick, Second Grade Teacher
Ms. Connick joined the Summerville Catholic School community in the 2024–2025 school year after previously serving as a long-term substitute. She is dedicated to meeting each student where they are and building a strong academic foundation.
