Admission Procedures
 

New Students: Complete the admission form and turn it into the school either in person, by email or fax.

Newly Accepted Students:

To complete Summerville Catholic School's Online enrollment process, please create an account in our ParentsWeb Portal by following the instructions below.

Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login

  • Go to RenWeb Parent Portal link.
  • Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  • Click the Create Account button
  • You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  • Close the window.
  • Log into ParentsWeb as instructed above.
     

To access online enrollment in ParentsWeb:

  • Please go to RenWeb Parent Portal.
  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided on the portal page.
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

     

Returning Students for 2017-18:

Online enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year will begin on January 23rd.  As a reminder, registration must be completed online to secure your child’s spot.  Please be aware that registration is on a first come first serve basis.   To complete the online enrollment process, please refer to the steps below.

To access online enrollment in ParentsWeb:

  • Please go to RenWeb Parent Portal.
  • Type in your username and your password.  These are the same user name and passwords that you currently have set up in ParentsWeb for the 2016-2017 school year.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
  • Complete the enrollment packet for your child(ren).  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
  • Registration is not complete until you submit your packet and payment via RenWeb.

REGISTRATION FEE
Register by 2/28/17 - $175 per student/$350 per family
Register by 5/31/17 - $225 per student/$450 per family
Register AFTER 5/31/17 - $275 per student/$550 per family
