Some of our Favorite SCS Events
Field Day
SCS students joined with their prayer partners to enjoy an afternoon at our annual Field Day. Students traveled together to try their skill at events such as the limbo, tug-o-war, a boogie board race and the hot potato toss. The highlight of the day was the kickballl competition between the teachers and the eighth graders.

Annual Art Show
SCS hosted its annual Art Show in conjunction with the school's quarterly PSA meeting. Students in grades K4-8th proudly displayed their creative talents up and down the hallways. Easels showcased matted artwork throughout the library while the school's hospitality committee sponsored a reception with food and fellowship.

Grandparents Celebration
Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to spend with family and friends. SCS students invited their grandparents and special friends to join us for a Thanksgiving Mass and reception. Guests were thrilled to visit the classrooms and see all the amazing activities that take place throughout the school. Some guests were even treated to a Thanksgiving play and some even volunteered to read the students a holiday story.

Veterans Day Mass
Knights of Columbus members from St. Theresa Catholic Church visited SCS for a special Veterans Day Mass this November. The Knights performed a flag folding ceremony for students and visitors. This was the perfect way to recognize and honor all the men and women who protect our country.

Jump Rope for Heart
Our grand finale to Red Ribbon Week was our annual Jump Rope for Heart. Students, teachers and parents came out to jump rope, jump through hoops, play dodge ball, and even jump in a giant castle. SCS raised $4,000 for the American Heart Association. We would like to thank everyone for their contributions!

PSA Welcome Back Picnic
Over 95 families people gathered on a beautiful Sunday afternoon to share food, fellowship and learn more about upcoming school events that will be sponsored by our PSA. Members from The St. Theresa Knights of Columbus flipped burgers hot off the grill and volunteers helped serve some delicious side dishes for all to enjoy.
